产品寿命说明

常规工况（温度 -40℃~180℃、无强酸碱 / 强溶剂长期浸泡、合理压缩量）下，异型硅胶密封条自然耐候使用寿命可达 10~20 年；

200℃持续高温工况下长期使用，不易老化、不发粘，物化性能稳定；

户外露天环境可抵御紫外线、臭氧老化，不易开裂、硬化、变色；

备注：产品使用寿命同时取决于截面结构、加装配件（背胶 / 金属骨架）以及实际安装压缩量，背胶、金属件等辅件老化周期短于硅胶本体。

Service Life Description

Under standard working conditions (temperature: -40℃~180℃, no long-term immersion in strong acid/alkali/solvent, reasonable compression ratio), the natural weathering service life can reach 10~20 years.

It maintains stable physical and chemical properties without aging or sticking under continuous high temperature of 200℃.

It resists UV and ozone aging outdoors to prevent cracking and hardening.

Note: The service life also depends on cross-section design, auxiliary parts (adhesive tape / metal frame) and actual compression. Auxiliary components usually age faster than silicone body.
