产品寿命说明
常规工况(温度 - 40℃~180℃、无强酸碱 / 强溶剂长期浸泡、正常压缩量)下,发泡硅胶密封条自然耐候使用寿命可达 8~15 年;
200℃持续高温工况可长期稳定服役,不易老化发粘;
户外环境抗紫外、抗臭氧老化,优于普通橡胶密封条;多孔结构不适用高压密封、长期浸泡场景,否则寿命缩减。

Service Life Description
Under standard working conditions (temperature: -40℃~180℃, no long-term immersion in strong acid/alkali/solvent, normal compression ratio), the natural weathering service life can reach 8~15 years.
It works stably under continuous high temperature of 200℃ with less aging and sticking.
It performs better than ordinary rubber strips against UV and ozone aging outdoors.
Note: Its porous structure is not suitable for high-pressure sealing or long-term immersion, which will shorten its service life.
